R\u00e9activations de villages abandonn\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb documente un enseignement de conception architecturale du domaine d\u2019\u00e9tudes Architecture, ressources et r\u00e9silience (A2Res) de l\u2019ENSAL. Conduit avec les enseignants de l\u2019\u00e9cole d\u2019ing\u00e9nieurs INSA Lyon, cet atelier interdisciplinaire de master 1 explore la mani\u00e8re dont l\u2019architecture peut affronter les d\u00e9fis pos\u00e9s par le changement climatique en travaillant au plus pr\u00e8s du r\u00e9el, de l\u2019existant et du territoire.<\/p>\r\n<p>L\u2019ouvrage couvre les ann\u00e9es universitaires 2021-2022 et 2022-2023, autour de deux sites singuliers et fortement marqu\u00e9s :<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Celles, village \u00e9vacu\u00e9 lors de la cr\u00e9ation du lac du Salagou, aujourd\u2019hui en ruines ;<\/li>\r\n<li>Saint-Honor\u00e9 1500 \/ La Chaud, station de ski inachev\u00e9e, symbole d\u2019une course \u00e0 l\u2019or blanc d\u00e9sormais obsol\u00e8te.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Dans ces contextes \u00ab extr\u00eames \u00bb, \u00e9tudiants architectes et ing\u00e9nieurs travaillent \u00e0 la r\u00e9activation de villages abandonn\u00e9s en projetant l\u2019installation de 100 logements collectifs \u00e0 Celles et 50 \u00e0 100 logements \u00e0 Saint-Honor\u00e9. Les projets engagent des r\u00e9flexions profondes sur : \u00a0le vivre ensemble et les communs, les relations int\u00e9rieur\/ext\u00e9rieur, les mat\u00e9riaux bio- et g\u00e9osourc\u00e9s, la r\u00e9silience thermique et hydrique, l\u2019\u00e9conomie de moyens, le diagnostic et le relev\u00e9 comme fondements du projet,\u00a0les strat\u00e9gies bioclimatiques adapt\u00e9es aux futurs climatiques (+50 ans).<\/p>\r\n<p>Les d\u00e9marches pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es t\u00e9moignent d\u2019une p\u00e9dagogie immersive : relev\u00e9s sur site, campement avec les \u00e9tudiants, analyses crois\u00e9es avec \u00e9cologues, paysagistes, techniciens des collectivit\u00e9s, travail de terrain intensif. Elles restituent \u00e9galement la complexit\u00e9 d\u2019une collaboration architectes-ing\u00e9nieurs, o\u00f9 l\u2019interdisciplinarit\u00e9 devient un outil pour inventer des r\u00e9ponses pertinentes face \u00e0 l\u2019urgence climatique.<\/p>\r\n<p>L\u2019ouvrage, abondamment illustr\u00e9 (plans, cartographies, axonom\u00e9tries, coupes, maquettes, photographies de terrain), constitue autant un catalogue de projets qu\u2019un retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience p\u00e9dagogique, documentant les r\u00e9ussites comme les difficult\u00e9s d\u2019un atelier confront\u00e9 au r\u00e9el.<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><em>Situations extr\u00eames.
